bullying weaker stragety in business
I watched on Yahoo movie about business strategy today. In this film they showed what strategy we should take to beat rival companies. What I was impressed most was the theory of beating one's weaker competitor.Aparrently it may seem the best strategy is trying to beat one's superior company to survive, but the video taught us that beating one's weaker rival who is most closer to one is the target to beat, contrary to our common belief. In our society, bullying weak guys is now big problem.I don't wish such business stragety may have negative influnce to the society.

Fourier Transform of Society
When we trace back the technology development of our society from Industrial revolution period, there is a long wave cycle that actually can be divided into short waves which indicates various interactions between competitors until the the time that technology can be matured. When I read this article,I thought it looks similar to Fourier transformation in physical field. There must have some similarity between global and tiny scale tendency.

Outsourcing problem
Since outsourcing system became common in Japan, there're various problems emerged regarding how they treat temporary workers. One of them featured last night's TV was such workers are likely to be exempted from applying labor disaster insurance due to harder competition among several outsourcing companies.More in detail, when temporary workers are fetched to one manufacturing company A and unfortunately caused some accident and suffered injury, the outsourcing company B try to hide that accident by urging that injured worker to fabricate the report as if the accident occurred outside workplace. It is because the company B doesn't want to lose credit from that company A.Therefore, company A must know the truth and pretend not noticing to avoid being involved. It's a pity that such shameful conduct is done by big companies that have socially well-established reputation.I hope working conditions around such workers would be improved more.

Inappropriate ad
In Japan recently tough competition among rival cellar phone companies broke out when the Softbank announced that it'll offer us free charge service when we replace our phones from that of other rival company. However,Softbank's advertisement for it was criticized by public organization because it appealed with huge scale of letter "Zero" though in reality its free service is only available on some limited conditions.I was disappointed that such great company doesn't have enough morale to compete more fairly.

Death sentence and Reincarnation
Today a man who killed a young girl was sentenced to death by the court. The judge told that he deserves death sentence because he didn't show any feeling of repetition nor regret for what he had done.Death sentence is now in Japan controversial issue whether we should terminate it or not.In my opinion, however,he should undergo some corrective treatment at first to see whether it may take effect.THen I think, when it was found not effective,he should be hanged as a last resort.I don't know why the judicial ministry gives up making the effort from the beginning. There is another reason why I'm against hanging him right away.According to the theory of reincarnation ,a bad man who was hanged without repetition will be born again to commit the same crime again. We should improve our society from its root.

Founder of HONDA
Impressive story about Japanese representative company Honda. At the timing when Honda became famous and bigger company, the boss of Honda ,who didn't like even a bit of wrongdoing, carried out one surprising personnel policy. That was laying off his own younger brother whom he cooperated together from that day when they were poor and Honda was only a small company, though off course he was too sad to do so.The reason was that he didn't want to run a family management company in order to avoid even a small bit of unfairness. It can be easily imagined that most of his employees were happy to work under such a generous manager.Since there're more scandals related to corporate management recently,we should learn a lesson from the story of a founder of Honda who contributed worldwide scale.

Fair Trade
Raw material like coffee beans are imported from countries of origin. However, there is a problem that workers engaged in producing coffee beans there suffers from unreasonably low wages though Japan enjoys benefit from such countries by eating various products like coffee and chocolates etc.Now the action is underway to cope with this situation by importing such products with more reasonable price that can enrich native people, that is called the Fair Trade. In Japan expanding gap of wages among employees are now big issue.Howeve, when we look at such global situation,it seems more significant and harder to solve.
